Safe & secure

20+ clans from different divisions and leagues plan here, with no issues.

Easy to use

One browser tab replaces the sign-up bot, the spreadsheet and the map site.

Tacmaps included

Vietnam and WWII maps connected to your roster.

Teamwork

Leadership, strat and the rest of your clan working together in one tab.

How it works

  1. Connect your Discord

Add the bot to your server and run sign-ups from one browser tab. No slash commands, and you control how the posts look.

    • Collect sign-ups
    • Give attendees a role
    • Create Discord events
    • Schedule reminders
    Discord
The sign-up post in a Discord channel: match schedule, opponent, side, size and map, with the sign-up list underneath.
  2. Build roster and tacmap templates

Set up your groups, squads and roles once, then save the roster as a template. Keep map plans in your library and load both into the next match.

    Roster
Roster template with three coloured groups, each holding squads with their role rows and a tasks column, every seat still empty.
  3. Drag and drop players

Everyone who signed up in Discord is listed beside the roster. Drag each player into a squad. No spreadsheets.

    Players
Players tab: the roster's squads with empty seats and a player being dragged into the lead seat of an infantry squad.
  4. Prep the gameplan on a tacmap

Vietnam and WWII maps with your roster's squads ready to place. Add objects and a separate map for each stage of the game, in an editor that doesn't feel like Photoshop.

  5. Brief your team

Share one link. Each player picks their name and sees their squad, role, tasks and spot on the map. No sign-in.

The public match plan page asking "Who are you?", with a gamertag field and a button to show the whole team plan.

How it compares

Most clans run a match from an event bot, a spreadsheet and a map tool. Here is what each one covers.
